Gurukul Special

Mallkhambh

Mallkhambh is the state sport of Madhya Pradesh. Students are made to practice it under the supervision of Mallkhambh Coach.

Gurukul students have performed Mallkhambh on the occasion of MP Sthapna Diwas, Inauguration of International Yoga Mahotsav at Paramanand Ashram, Indore etc. Also our two students have performed Mallkhambh scene in Amitabh Bachchan and Chiranjivi starred famous film ‘Syra’.

Trikaal Sandhya

This is the most important and special feature of our Gurukul. Students practice Prayers, Japa, Meditation thrice a day. Morning time, they practice Pranayams, Yogasan, Soorya Namaskar and other spiritual activities.

All these activities develop an all around personality of the child and help in conquering their weaknesses.

The child comes to know the supreme goal of human life.

Parents Worship day

Matru Pitru Poojan Diwas (MPPD) also called Matra Pitra Pujan Divas is a festival initiated by Sant Asaramji. On this day, children from all religions worship their parents and seek their blessings by offering them tilak, garland. It is seen by many as a method to cement the bond between family members and to imbibe good values like respect, obedience and humility in children.

Geeta Path in Gurukul

In Gurukuls, students practice Gita Path on a regular basis during Sandhya time, which is a sacred period in the evening. This recitation of the Bhagavad Gita helps students connect with spiritual teachings, promoting inner peace, mental clarity, and moral discipline. The practice fosters a sense of devotion, encourages self-reflection, and strengthens values such as truth, humility, and righteousness, guiding them in their journey of personal growth and enlightenment.

Tulsi Poojan Diwas

The main concept of Tulsi Pujan Divas – started in 2014 – is that around this time every year, substance abuse, suicides and other immoral activities go up, especially among the youth. To rescue them from this debauchery and denigration, Poojy Bapuji came up with the idea of worshipping a sacred plant instead.

25th of December of every year is celebrated as Tulsi Poojan Diwas. Gurukul students worship mother Tulsi on this day.
